6) Speaker & MC invitation & confirmation

8) MC script, Q&A preparation
9) Seat arrangement
10) Media kit preparation
11) Dispatch invitation to media 1-3 wks in advance and then follow up
12) Production (backdrop, technical equipments, special effect, if any)
13) Performance arrangement and confirmation (if any)
During Event:
1) Onsite management
2) Media management/ interview arrangement
